Rees Morrison leaves Thomson, forms his own consulting firm
After 20 years of consulting exclusively to law departments -- as a Director with PriceWaterhouse, and a Partner at Arthur Andersen, Altman Weil and Hildebrandt/Thomson -- I have started my own independent practice. Starting April 1st, it has been exciting for me to be focused creatively and independently on helping general counsel better manage their departments and outside counsel .
If you learn of situations that might benefit from my years of experience as a legal-department consultant, or if there are other opportunities related to the field of in-house counsel management, it would be my pleasure to discuss them with you. Drop me a line, at this email address.
